Our El Salvador Filter comes from the renowned Finca Los Pirineos in the Usulután region of El Salvador. A characterful filter coffee with a beautiful balance of nutty sweetness, chocolate, and fruity accents.

The cup initially reveals fine notes of hazelnut and chocolate, accompanied by a pleasantly soft caramel sweetness. This is joined by the juicy fruitiness of blackberries, which adds freshness and extra depth to the coffee.

Thanks to the natural process, the natural fruit flavors of the coffee cherries remain particularly present. The result is a full-bodied, sweet, and aromatic filter coffee that is impressive both on its own and as a companion for a quiet moment.

The coffee grows at an altitude of around 1,400 meters and belongs to the exceptional Pacamara variety, which is prized for its complex aromatics and great cup structure.
