Ethiopia Fiore Filter is an elegant and expressive filter coffee from the famous coffee-growing region of Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia.
The beans come from Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, and are grown at an altitude of 1,925 to 2,110 meters. The high altitude and unique terroir give this coffee its fine, complex, and fresh aroma.
In the cup, Ethiopia Fiore presents itself as particularly clear and vibrant. Fine notes of tangerine meet a delicate tea character, accompanied by the elegant, slightly floral freshness of bergamot.
The washed process highlights the characteristic clarity of this coffee beautifully. The flavors are precise, clean, and balanced – a coffee that is excellently suited for preparation as a filter coffee.
