Fradique's Farm

In the heart of the Brazilian Cerrado Mineiro growing region lies Fradiques Farm. The region is characterized by vast landscapes, distinct seasons, and conditions that have made it one of Brazil's most renowned coffee-growing areas.

At Fradiques Farm, the quality of the coffee cherry is the top priority. From the care of the plants to the harvest and processing, every step is accompanied by experience and meticulous attention to detail.

The result is a coffee that embodies its Brazilian origins – warm, full of character, and with a natural sweetness.

Santa Anita Estate

In the heart of Costa Rica's renowned West Valley region, near Naranjo, lies the Santa Anita Estate – a family-run coffee farm with a long tradition and a clear focus on high-quality specialty coffee.

The history of the Sánchez family is closely linked to Costa Rica's coffee culture. Today, Santa Anita is managed by the fourth and fifth generations of the family. Since the estate was founded in 2001, the family has combined traditional experience with modern cultivation methods and a strong focus on quality and sustainability.

The farm is located in a landscape particularly well-suited for coffee cultivation, characterized by volcanic soils, a temperate climate, and varying altitudes. Santa Anita works with selected Arabica varieties and has its own processing facility where the coffee cherries are processed. The Santa Anita and Oaxaca farms, among others, are mentioned in connection with Santa Anita, featuring altitudes of approximately 1,200 to 1,350 meters and the Caturra variety.

A special part of Santa Anita's identity is its commitment to sustainability. The operation was certified as a CO₂-neutral coffee producer in 2016 and is among the pioneers of sustainable coffee production in Costa Rica. Furthermore, the farm is Rainforest Alliance certified.

Santa Anita Estate thus stands for the combination of family tradition, precise processing, high-quality specialty coffee, and responsible stewardship of nature – values that are reflected in every cup of this exceptional coffee.
